Computer Service Centre has recently received some user comments about the slow performance of the computer start-up and login process in computer lab. A205, A213 and Multimedia Language Labs. After our investigation, we found that the problem is caused by the new anti-virus software which keeps downloading and updating the virus definition files during the start-up everytime. Our staff is following up and resolving this problem as soon as possible, to ensure that the smooth performance of the computer environment.
